Luigi De Lucia
Founder
Graduated in Economics and Business, specializing in Private Equity and a license as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor, I have developed cross-disciplinary skills in strategic planning, operational management, and management control. I currently reside in Vlora, Albania, where I am the founder and owner of the ATLANTIA Group, a business consulting firm focused on supporting companies through growth and internationalization, and a partner in other local entrepreneurial ventures.
My direct experience in the Albanian market, combined with a solid network of professional relationships between Italy and Albania, has allowed me to assist numerous Italian companies in entering and developing in this region. This journey has also been covered by Italian national media, including TG1 RAI, which dedicated a feature to my work and my testimony on Albania’s economic attractiveness for investors and entrepreneurs.
My management approach is based on four pillars:
• Results-oriented, with direct responsibility for P&L and performance indicators.
• Governance and compliance, thanks to my technical training and experience in auditing and internal control.
• International development, with a focus on the Italy-Albania axis and opportunities in emerging markets.
• People & change management, to lead diverse teams and corporate transformation processes.
Carmela Pagliuca
CEO
Journalist, graduated in Educational Sciences at the University of Naples. She is a family mediator and educator. Lecturer at primary and secondary education institutes, he has taken care of various press offices and moderated political, cultural and entrepreneurial meetings. Carmela Pagliuca is a professional journalist with over twenty years of experience in print, television and online media, as well as an educator and family mediator with a systemic approach. Founder of “Gruppo Atlantia”, she has led projects in the field of communication and has actively contributed to journalism, education and strategic management. He works as a journalist at BLUTV in Albania and TGNews Italy.
She manages public relations and supervises event organization activities within the B2B business. She is the founder of Valona News and is committed to the dissemination of social values and the integration of the Italian-Albanian communities.

I am a Chartered Accountant, Accounting Expert and Associated Legal Auditor dedicated to helping businesses, particularly those owned by foreign investors, navigate the complexities of taxation and stand out in the marketplace. I guide business owners to build confidence, overcome challenges, and maximize profitability.
With the mindset and professional experience gained from living in Western European countries, combined with in-depth knowledge of my home country, I offer a clear perspective on the potential issues and barriers you may face—making them straightforward to resolve.
Specialized in accounting and auditing, I currently serve as a Senior Accountant at KD Consulting, where I provide strategic guidance to help clients strengthen their operations, ensure compliance, and achieve sustainable growth.
